Insulated composite Garden Rooms are high performance and low maintenance, ideal for offices & studios. Range of styles and designs.

  • The external cladding is 10mm Composite woodgrain shiplap with a choice of 10 shades.

  • The framework structure of the Composite pent is 3 x 2cls (63mm x 38mm).

  • The frame work is clad with 11mm OSB boards which is covered in moisture resistant housewrap, 50mm x 25mm batons are then nailed over to support the cladding.

  • The walls contain a breathable membrane, 50mm cavity wall insulation, and then a vapour barrier.

  • The roof is finished with UPVC fascia boards.

  • The internal finish is 9mm moisture resistant MDF with a V groove every 200mm to give a panelled effect. This is factory sprayed white.

  • Doors and windows are UPVC with 4/20/4 TGH double glazing.

  • The floor is insulated with 50mm PIR boards.

  • The floor finish is laminate chosen from our range.

  • Flooring is 18mm OSB.

  • Doors and windows are UPVC with 4/20/4 TGH double glazing.

  • All measurements are external.
