A very popular building which has been used as an office, beauty room, studio, gym and of course a beautiful relaxing garden room.

  • The external cladding is Scandinavian Redwood Cedar, factory sprayed with a choice of 140 shades.

  • The framework structure of the Painted pent is 3 x 2cls (63mm x 38mm).

  • The walls contain a breathable membrane, 50mm cavity wall insulation, and then a vapour barrier.

  • The roof is finished with UPVC fascia boards.

  • The internal finish is 9mm moisture resistant MDF with a V groove every 200mm to give a panelled effect. This is factory sprayed white.

  • Doors and windows are UPVC with 4/20/4 TGH double glazing.

  • The floor is insulated with 50mm PIR boards.

  • The floor finish is laminate chosen from our range.

  • Flooring is 18mm OSB.

  • The Apex roof features a vaulted ceiling, revealing the beautiful roof trusses and is finished with eco slate tiles with a 40 year guarantee.

  • All measurements are external.
