Prestige Platinum Range

Our platinum garden rooms are designed to meet your individual needs whether it be an office away from home or a retreat at the end of your garden.

  • The external cladding is 18mm Western Red Cedar, vertical clad with a hidden nail profile.

  • The framework structure of the Platinum Pent is 100mm x 50mm.

  • The walls contain a breathable membrane, 100mm cavity slab, and then a vapour barrier.

  • The roof is finished with UPVC fascia boards.

  • The internal finish is 9mm moisture resistant MDF with a V groove every 200mm to give a panelled effect. This is factory sprayed white.

  • The floor is insulated with 50mm PIR boards.

  • The floor finish is laminate chosen from our range.

  • Flooring is 18mm OSB.

  • Doors and windows are UPVC with 4/20/4 TGH double glazing.

  • All measurements are external.
